These Terms apply to all private bookings with Ross Rochelle (owner of Cotswolds Nutrition Chef). They exist to ensure fairness, professionalism, and clarity across all services offered, including private chef experiences, cookery classes, and nutrition coaching.
1. Bookings & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking date.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 calendar days before the service or event.
If the balance is not received by the due date, the service may be cancelled, and the deposit retained.
Payment details and deadlines will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.
International bookings may require earlier payment timelines to accommodate travel arrangements.
2. Cancellations
Ross commits time, travel, and detailed preparation for each booking. As such:
- If cancelled more than 7 days in advance, the 50% deposit is retained to cover planning and opportunity cost.
- If cancelled less than 7 days before the service, the full payment is retained due to preparation, staffing, and scheduling impact.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergencies), rescheduling may be offered at Ross’s discretion and subject to availability.
